In 2006 the distillery adopts the principles of the circular economy and is a "Zero Impact" company on the environment. The magnificently pure mountain water used in the production comes from the alpine slopes of Monte Rosa. Thanks to its low mineral content, this water does not need distillation. The grain used in this vodka is from the Southwest Alps and is high in type A starch, making the distilled spirit cleaner and more appealing.
