Mailly Grand Cru L'intemporelle
TASTING NOTES
Seductive and shiny golden color with fine, constant bubbles. The body is a combination of fruity, floral and mineral notes. The aromas of citrus fruits, peaches, pears, ripe wheat and white flowers develop against the backdrop of mineral notes, chalk and brioche notes. The taste is fresh with ripe fruits - aromas of mirabelle, plums and citrus.

THE WINERY
The Mailly Grand Cru estate extends across 70
hectares, entirely located in the Grand Cru village of Mailly Champagne, at the
heart of the Montagne de Reims nature park. Grapes have been
grown in Mailly for centuries, since before the building of Reims Cathedral in
the 13th Century.
VINEYARDS
Mailly
Champagne was classified Grand Cru in 1920. The exceptional quality of Mailly
grapes comes from the area’s chalk subsoil that regulates soil temperature and
humidity, and hillside plantings that enjoy full exposure to the sun.
