Aromas of pastry, ripe fruit and hazelnut. An attractive minerality emerges on the palate, with brioche aromas. The long finish leads to a lemony note.

THE WINERY

Cédric Bouchard has been producing Roses de Jeanne Champagne since 2000 from single vineyards, varieties and vintages. The cellar is located in Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar. Creating some of the best wines in the region from vineyards no one has heard of, over the past two decades Cédric has given a new dimension to the term terroir in Champagne.

VINEYARDS

The winery has 18 ha vineyards. One of the notable aspects of Cedric Bouchard's winemaking philosophy is his dedication to producing single-vineyard Champagnes. Instead of blending grapes from different vineyards, Bouchard believes that each vineyard has its own unique personality and characteristics that should be showcased individually. As a result, he produces a range of single-vineyard, single-variety Champagnes that allow consumers to experience the nuances and nuances of each specific vineyard site.
