TASTING NOTES

Particularly rich, the nose is suave and mixes notes of brown sugar, melon, papaya and apple. The palate, with good acidity, offers vanilla and peppery notes and a long finish on banana and apple.

This limited edition is only made of 1890 bottles.

DISTILLERY

The history of Christian Drouin dates back to 1960, when Christian Drouin the Elder bought the farm in Pays d’Age to produce calvados of the highest quality. The ambitious project proved successful, in part because Pierre Pivet, then the most famous cider distiller of the eau-de-vie de cidre brand, joined the team. Since 1969, Christian Drone Junior has joined the family business. To this day, the company is considered family, although part of it was sold to shareholders. at the head is the agricultural engineer and oenologist Guillaume, third generation Drouin.

7 months in old French oak barrels that previously contained the exceptional Jamaica Long Pond ITP 1995 rum.
