TASTING NOTES

Wine with a super-ripe blackberry and plum fruit touched with leather, spice and smoke. The texture is impressively dense and concentrated, yet the wine never loses its silky elegance, which lingers invitingly on the long finish.

THE WINERY

The estate has passed down through several generations of the Montille family. Hubert de Montille, Étienne's father, was instrumental in establishing the domaine's reputation for producing exceptional wines. Étienne continues to build upon his father's legacy and is recognized as a skilled winemaker in his own right.

VINEYARDS

The domaine owns and operates vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations in Burgundy, including Volnay, Pommard, Corton, Puligny-Montrachet, and Meursault. This diverse range of vineyards allows them to produce a variety of red and white wines.

VINIFICATION

Ageing: Ageing took place in barrel (40% of new oak) and then the wine was assembled and moved into stainless steel.
