DISTILLERY

The Koskenkorva Vodka is produced in the suburbs of Ilmajoki in the village of the same name by Altia Group - a company that represents many internationally known brands around the world. The name of the distillery means "place near a rapid river " and is one of the few that took the name of the place where they are located. The mansion where the vodka is produced is one of the oldest there and currently second generation takes care of the family business. In the village of Koskenkorva, sustainable development is a way of life. 

DISTILATION

The vodka is produced from high quality barley from its own plantations - the northernmost in the world. And the water in the drink is 100% unfiltered and unprocessed to ensure the naturalness of the final product. In addition, the Koskenkorva distillery has some of the most modernist distillation processes in the world. The company was awarded "Green" in 2018 for its high rate of recycling and reutilization of products - 99.9 %.
