TASTING NOTES
Intense pink color. Rich aromas with hints of red orange, cherries and grapefruit. It tastes intense, juicy and spicy with hints of red fruit.

THE WINERY
Since the 19th century, the LARMANDIER family have been
cultivating their vines in the premiers and grands crus of the Côte des Blancs.
No more chemicals from 1992, biodynamic and native yeasts since 1999, organic
certification in 2003.
VINEYARDS
The winery has 18 ha in the Côte des Blancs, Vertus Premier
Cru and Cramant, Chouilly, Oger, Avize all Grands Crus. The vines, of an
average of 35 years old, are old « massale » selections made by the
grandfathers Larmandier and Bernier, true natura heritage carefully preserved. Chalk
is the keystone of these great terroirs.
VINIFICATION
The natural alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic fermentation begin spontaneously in the Stockinger casks and vats. The wines are matured on the lees during their first year, with no filtering or fining being carried out. No dosage.
