TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow. Cherry blossoms, cantaloupe melon, very pure and delicate. Very smooth, yet playful and vivid. Juicy style with good tension, slim body with a lovely fruit to it.

THE WINERY
Joh Jos. Prüm was founded in 1911 by Johann Josef Prüm. It is one of the finest estates in Mosel, Germany and is amongst the top quality producers of Riesling in the world.
VINEYARDS
The soil of the Badstube consists of devonian slate with clay content. Loam is partly also present and the soil texture varies from rocky and coarse to fine grained. The vineyard rises from 110 to 250 metres above sea level at a steep 40- 65 percent incline and faces mainly southwest.
VINIFICATION
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks
FOOD PAIRING
Young as an aperitif wine, cold appetizers, salads, Asian cuisine, aged it goes well with white meat or fish.
