JJ Prum Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett
TASTING NOTES
A basket full of ripe stone fruit, some dried herbs, a nuance of exotic fruit joining in. Great intensity with creamy texture as well as silky minerality. Albeit the incredible power there is so much finesse and elegance – though at the moment in disguise – which will be revealed in hopefully a decade or rather two.
Serving temperature: 8ºC
