As Valle Isarco enjoys the ideal climate for growing white grapes, the Valle Isarco winery specializes in the production of white wine. Thanks to the ideal climate, the grapes are of remarkably high quality. Thanks to impeccable processing techniques, the white wines from the Valle Isarco winery are now among the most famous wines produced in Alto Adige. VINEYARDS

Orientation south-east.

Yield per hectare 60 thousand. Harvest period - beginning of October.

Soils: Gravelly, alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite.

VINIFICATION

Delicate processing and crushing, fermentation with controlled temperature and aging of the fine lees in stainless steel vessels, without malolactic fermentation.

FOOD PAIRING

Prawns, crabs, crabs, lobsters, pate de goose gratin, au gratin dishes, spicy cheeses as an aperitif.
